The church is not about raising money, but it does require the faithful and generous financial support of its members and friends to enable us to minister in this 21st Century.

Your financial support of St. Mark's, its ministries, and its global outreach is critical.

You may direct your donation to one of our funds:
  • Memorial or Celebration Gift

At the time of a death or in recognition of a special event it is meaningful to make a donation as an expression of respect and appreciation. Your donation goes to the Embracing the Spirit Fund, which provide long-term support to ministry at St. Mark's, in our community, and around the world.

 

St. Mark's will acknowledge your gift in a letter to the family.

  • Local Ministry Fund

This provides day to day funding for all of our regular worship, pastoral care, and membership services, including our website and virtual congregation!

  • Mission & Service Fund

This United Church of Canada fund provides support to ministries and partners across Canada and around the world.

  • Other Funds

If you would like your donation to be used for a specific fund or ministry of St. Mark's, please specify this on the line for "In Memory of".  These funds could include the Benevolent Fund (for local community outreach), the Sunday School, or one of our seasonal funds (like Kick start, Lenten offering, etc.)

St. Mark's is a registered charity (13200 4045 RR0001) and therefore all donations qualify for charitable donation receipts.
